- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had multiple orders for delivery messed up. The last one I called in and at least offered me a credit for what was incorrect. I used to work at Boston Pizza myself in the past and it isn't that hard to read special instructions. I think half the battle is that they redirect you to a call centre instead of talking to someone in store. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just terrible. Walked in and it was filthy. Floors were covered in food. Tables were sticky. Weren't even given utensils or napkins. It took 20 minutes of waiting before we decided to leave. As soon as were leaving the waiter finally came up with our drinks.... after walking past our table several times talking to other customers with a mouth full of food.
