  Just horrible service the lady at the front was the rudest most ignorant person ive ever not ordered from ..basically ignored me as soon as i walked in ..if you ever have been into this location at 100 th ave you know its just a take out counter no seats ...so as another customer walked in she welcomed them in ..i was stunned i couldnt beleive it ...tomorrow i will be talking to the manager or owner .I have also contacted Mary Browns head office about the matter and will be contacting the owner ...i still lije Mary Browns but i will never buy their chicken again ...at least not from 100 ave grande prairie location

  Had a tater poutine last week. It was soooooo delicious, and the drive through server was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

  The Gateway Mary Brown's staff are the rudest I've ever dealt with in any establishment. Much less, the Supervisor had NO CLUE what she was talking about. Get a training session or two on the company standards and get on board with the Cobblestone branch! At the same time, take lessons on how to talk to your customers! Oh and there is a delivery service and Cobblestone can "school" you on how it is used to your customer's advantage OR I can tell you that the personnel taking the order calls Turbo and has the order delivered! John, be a Manager and do something about the disgusting way that staff talks to customers and keep them in line, they need to know how Cobblestone sends out delivery orders and talks to customers!

  I ordered a five piece meal that comes with 2 drinks. The deliverer did not give me the drinks. I called Mary Brown's and they refused to do anything. KFC rules.
